Shipping Schedule
Orders ship via US-Mail or UPS and are subject to US-Mail & UPS standards, regulations, and delivery limitations.
Snap belts and belt buckles typically ship in 2 business days.
Most SOLESU leather goods are made to order. Items such as handbags, briefcases and many belts may take upto 3 weeks depending on current workload. Orders are charged when production begins and usually ship within 3-5 business days.
Delivery within 5-7 business from the date of shipment.
* For your protection and ours your credit card billing address must match the billing address on your order. Payment and/or address related errors can delay orders.
* International customers or customers with an international billing address require a CVV code.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: International orders are shipped via US-Mail Global Priority or Global Express Mail. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Sole Survivor is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please contact your local customs department with questions regarding additional fees.
* If shipping costs are greater than published rates an email will be sent for approval. This can occur on larger items such as bags.
Back Orders - Return to Top
All products are subject to availability. Backorders are automatically fulfilled as soon as inventory becomes available. If an item is on back order you will be notified via email.
Returns & Exchanges - Return to Top
Returns & exchanges can be made by using the return/exchange form on our website. You will receive an email containing your credit order number and detailed instructions for your return/exchange. There is no shipping charge on exchange deliveries to US addresses. International addresses incur a charge equal to the original shipping charge.
Credit order numbers expire 14 days after being issued. Please send packages by registered or insured mail. Sole Survivor is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
Credit order number must be on the outside of the package, packages without credit order numbers will be returned.
Once recieved, an email will be sent confirming receipt of goods. For returns please allow 1-2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If a return or exchange is a result of our error please call for a shipping label.
We do not accept returns of:
- belt buckles
- items that are used, worn, damaged, or missing parts.
- personalized items such as Leather Name Belts.
- special order sizes, or colors.
